FAQ

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes! Since our studio is located in Brooklyn, NY we will only charge sales tax to orders being delivered in New York state. 

Do you have a physical store?

At this time, we do not have a brick and mortar, however, we do have a showroom studio in Brooklyn that we open up by appointment only. We also have events and workshops at the studio. Sign up for our newsletter to receive updates about upcoming events.

If something is sold out, will it come back in stock?

With our one-of-a-kind pieces that are both vintage and new, we will not be able to restock them. In the description, it will say wether it is a one-of-a-kind or vintage.  If the item is not, most likely, we will get it back in stock. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions regarding this!

Shipping 

All orders will be shipped through UPS or USPS.  We process each order within 1-4 days of receiving it. At this time, all orders ship out on Mondays and Thursdays. The shipping option you choose at check out will depend on time it takes to be delivered once the order is processed. If you need choose an express option, please email info@hoppeshoppe.com so that we can get the order out ASAP.  Please confirm shipping address when checking out as we are unable to reroute packages once shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once the order is Shipped. 

We care about the environment, and because of that Hoppe Shoppe does its best to be environmentally friendly. We try and reuse shipping materials that we receive from our wholesale orders.  We encourage our customers to please recycle or reuse all shipping materials received. We also do not print order receipts and confirmations for shipment. If you have misplaced your order confirmation email, please contact us and we will be able to email you a new copy. 

 

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchases at Hoppe Shoppe. If there is an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out by emailing info@hoppeshoppe.com. All returns need to be made up to 10 days after the delivery date. Once the return is accepted, we will issue you store credit. All returns are subjected to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping cost are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return. The return needs to be unused and in the original packaging it was sent in. Please make sure the return is sent via a trackable carrier and insured to the full amount of the package as it is not Hoppe Shoppe's responsibility for a lost or broken returned package.   We have the right to deny a return if it does not meet our return requirements. 

Privacy Policy

Thank you for shopping at Hoppe Shoppe. We respect and value the privacy of the individuals visiting the site. Any info collected when signing up for email or placing an oder will not be shared and your information will only be stored as long as needed to process your order.
