Roseway Bungalow

Tucked into a foresty landscape, this home feels lilke a historic tree house. After a full demo and a new footprint we wanted to highlight it’s feeling of history. With a focus on soft, worn-in finishes we carefully layered in antique architectural details in keeping with the era of the home. Even the new elements were special and considered, giving the feeling that the house has magically always been in it’s wild, wooded setting.

South Tabor Old PDX Style

This historic South Tabor home needed a feeling of peace so we brought it into the modern day in a way that felt timeless. With a remodeled kitchen and bath, new floors, paint, and lighting we gave it new life with neutral, calming finishes. Surrounded by details that are organic and classic, it is now a place of rest.
